Digitalization is at the top of Ursa IT project planning, through the collaboration with Gatehouse we now receive our visitors digitally and in compliance with GDPR rules. Thanks to Stef and the team for proactively thinking along and reorganizing our visitor registration.

The online evacuation list is a real winner! In case of a fire evacuation you can quickly see who is present, from the online list you can call every visitor and/or send an emergency text message.
