Cybersecurity as the foundation of trust

In a world where digital processes form the backbone of virtually every organisation, cybersecurity is no longer an option – it is an absolute necessity. For us, cybersecurity is not an afterthought, but a fundamental part of our services.

Security starts with responsibility

We take the protection of data, systems and processes very seriously. Whether it concerns sensitive business information, personal data or strategic documents: confidentiality, integrity and availability are always central.

Cyber threats are constantly evolving. That is why we opt for a proactive approach in which prevention, monitoring and rapid intervention go hand in hand.

Our approach

Our vision on cybersecurity is based on three pillars:

1. Prevention

We invest in secure infrastructure, strong access control, encryption and regular updates. By identifying and limiting risks in advance, we significantly reduce the likelihood of incidents.

2. Awareness

Technology alone is not enough. We ensure that everyone within our organisation is aware of cyber risks and handles sensitive information correctly.

3. Continuous improvement

Cybersecurity is not a one-off project, but a continuous process. We constantly evaluate and optimise our security measures so that we always stay one step ahead of new threats.

Transparency and trust

We believe that strong security forms the basis for sustainable cooperation. That is why we communicate clearly about our security measures and take our responsibility seriously in protecting the data entrusted to our GATEHOUSE® application.

Our proactive efforts

For us, cybersecurity is not a promise, but a demonstrable commitment. That is why we invest structurally in independent standards, external controls and continuous monitoring:

  • ISO 27001 compliant – We work in line with the international standard for information security and apply structured processes for risk management, access control and data security, among other things.
  • Alignment with the NIS2 directive – We align our security measures with the European NIS2 obligations regarding risk management, incident reporting and governance. This means we are prepared for the stricter requirements in terms of cyber resilience and we also support our customers in their compliance process.
  • Guidelines from the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB) – We actively follow the recommendations and best practices of the national centre of expertise for cybersecurity.
  • Regular scanning via Safeonweb – Our solution is periodically checked for potential vulnerabilities.
  • Continuous monitoring with TrustGuard – This specialised tool constantly monitors potential vulnerabilities within our application and immediately flags when action is required.
  • Secure hosting via Combell – Our infrastructure is hosted by a leading Belgian hosting partner that focuses on high availability, physical security of data centres, redundancy and high-performance infrastructure within a European legal framework.

Through this combination of international standards, national guidelines and automated monitoring, we guarantee a high and up-to-date level of security.
