ID-check : check the identity of your visitor
From experience, we know that almost all visitors enter their details correctly and dutifully in the intuitive Gatehouse application.
However, to unmask that one "spy" or "joker", several customers desire a check of an identity document, without effectively reading a passport. Because then very strict (GDPR) rules and legislation come into play.
The visitor is asked to type in the last digits of his identity document (passport, driving licence, etc.) when registering. The internal contact who comes to collect the visitor is also asked to enter these digits of the same document in Gatehouse. Your employee thus has the chance to subtly evaluate the ID thoroughly and check the details on the visitor's badge.
