When looking for a new visitor registration system, we went online ourselves to search for possible solutions. That’s how we came across Gatehouse. We were looking for a system that not only looked professional, but was also intuitive to use and easy to manage. Gatehouse met those expectations perfectly.
Within ECS, visitor registration is particularly important from a QESH perspective. We want to know who is present in the building at all times and have accurate visitor lists in the event of an evacuation. Thanks to Gatehouse, this process is now much simpler and more organised.
Previously, we used a solution from an international provider, but Gatehouse’s local support made a huge difference to us. The support team is easily accessible, communicates in our own language and actively helps us think through any questions or comments.
Every day, we welcome customers, external maintenance technicians and other visitors. Registration usually takes place entirely independently thanks to the user-friendly interface. Depending on the type of visit, visitors also receive specific safety instructions via the system.
Gatehouse is managed by our service desk, whilst reception, IT and QESH have access to the visitor lists. We are very satisfied with the system itself: it works reliably, professionally and intuitively.
Our collaboration with Stef was also particularly positive. During the demo, he came across as enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and throughout the installation and subsequent support, we could count on prompt communication and excellent service. You can clearly tell that he is committed and does his job with passion.
