The ultimate unmanned reception with Call function and TEAMS messages !
With Gatehouse, the Call function can set up a call between our kiosk and the reception desk or even directly the contact person. This can follow your internal cascade, or a cascade you create yourself in Gatehouse.
A visitor comes e.g. for "person X", then the kiosk will call its cascade, e.g. from the general reception number and simultaneously send a (spoken) SMS, e-mail and TEAMS message directly to "person X".
After registration, we will personally pick up and let the visitor in.
The kiosk was placed in a specific kiosk mode so that no one can activate other functionalities on this kiosk. (e.g. surfing on other websites, etc ...).
In addition, the internet connection works via a unique SIM router which makes it impossible for hackers to access our network via Gatehouse.
After all, Gatehouse itself is a 100% cloud app and stores nothing locally on its kiosk. Their cloud environment is ISO 27001/2 certified.
