We came into contact with Gatehouse through a former MOWI employee. We were looking for an efficient way to streamline visitor registration whilst reducing the administrative workload on our Office Manager. Gatehouse offered the ideal solution.
At C-Power, we believe it is important to always know who is in the building. In the event of a fire or evacuation, we need to be able to act quickly and correctly. Thanks to Gatehouse, we always have an up-to-date visitor list and the registration process is centralised and well-organised.
Previously, visitors registered manually using paper forms. This involved a great deal of administration: forms had to be printed, kept up to date and archived. This was an extra challenge, particularly during the Covid period. Today, everything is done digitally and much more efficiently.
We receive a wide variety of visitors every day, such as cleaning companies, suppliers, job applicants, trainers and technicians. Via Gatehouse, they immediately receive the necessary HSE information, including emergency numbers, evacuation instructions and GDPR guidelines. Although visitors have to go through a few screens, registration usually runs smoothly and they rarely need assistance.
The decision to choose Gatehouse was made quickly thanks to the simple and user-friendly system and the professional look and feel at reception. The system meets our expectations perfectly and is managed by our Office Manager, with support from the admin team.
